Infrared SAUNA

With a gentle, soothing and therapeutic heat, an infrared sauna promotes relaxation, improves sleep and relieves pain. Heating the muscles with infrared rays produces an increase in blood flow similar to that seen during exercise. An infrared sauna causes a rise in core temperature resulting in a deep, detoxifying sweat at the cellular level, where toxins reside. Infrared therapy stimulates the circulatory system and helps to oxygenate the body’s cells. Better blood circulation improves cell health, aids in muscle recovery and strengthens the immune system.

A Stress Management Workshop goes through the science and psychology of stress and how to avoid, manage and treat stress. Includes a pilates and yoga session.  

Whole Food nutrition Workshops discuss the importance of whole foods in living a healthy lifestyle. Salad in a Jar has been a fun way to get a group of people together around the Smart Pilates ATL island, listen to a health talk and make delicious salads that participants get to take home.

Therapeutic Massage Therapy is a unique experience for every client. Your therapist utilizes massage strokes from many modalities to meet your needs and treat your issues. Aromatherapy is used in select sessions to achieve relaxation, combat anxiety and depression, treat sore muscles, or jump start detox. Massage can be combined with the infrared sauna to move out toxins and waste products from body tissues to create a newly cleansed you. Take advantage of our 30, 60, or 90 minute services to help yourself heal into wellness.

Massage FAQs
Do I have to get undressed completely?
No, only undress to your comfort level. Even if that comfort level is fully clothed, you can still get massage! It will alter the type of massage you can get but there are endless possibilities.

Do I stay covered?
Yes. Clients are draped according to state guidelines. Your therapist only undrapes the body part they are working on.

What if I fall asleep?
That's completely okay. Your therapist will continue to work, waking you if they have any questions or concerns. Snoring is totally fine! It just means you're relaxed!

Can I talk during my massage?
Yes. You can talk or you can be silent. Whatever you want to do is completely fine. If you want silence just make sure to tell your therapist so they know! They may need to ask you a question once in a while but other than that feel free to meditate or sleep!
